A family bike tour from Midway to Penticton. The picture is taken in the Myra canyon. This was a six day bike tour for us. fully loaded with a Boston Terrier in the front basket and about 70 lbs in the Burley trailer. We enjoyed the tour to the max.

Nothing sophisticated… just an old tandem (single speed) and a bike trailer make for a great family ride. My wife and daughter don’t look that happy but they do enjoy it, once it warms up a bit!

I built this dinghy with more passion than sense, but it floated! Now, all I needed was a way to get it to the water, so I cooked up a simple solution using our cargo-carrier, old futon-frame lumber, and some bike scraps I had lying around. We got a lot of curious looks, but we had an adventure on both land and sea that day.
